The WRS Music Department challenges and stretches the minds of youthful musicains of all ages. The department includes Mrs. Fogg and Mr. Henry; together they teach all music classes K-12, including instrumental lessons, and the program includes ample opportunities for perfomance for musicians of all ages.

Students in grades fourth through sixth have a chance to try new instruments, of their choice, and to learn to play them in a real band. This teaches these students to have love for many kinds of music, learn teamwork, and get self-confidence to believe in themselves. Chorus and band is offer for students in grades 7-12, and there are advanced courses offer each year.
