| National Middle School Association | NMSA has a good collection of
books, all for a reasonable price, and at a discount for NMSA members, and
a further discount for ordering online. |
| MidLink Magazine | The "Web Honor Roll" has myriad
resources, such as: Magnetic Poetry for L.A. classes (students create poetry on virtual fridges and lockers using word magnets) and Physics of Rides for Science classes (students can network with amusement park engineers to design their own rides). |
| MiddleWeb | Although it's not a novel idea,
collaborating with the community, family and school is imperative for a
successful experience for children. This model is outlined in the
best middle grade resource on this site. |
| Middle School Hub | We liked the Current Events
section because it's not content specific and it's a good way to keep kids
up to date on noteworthy news. We could use it in TA or in the
classroom. |
| New England League of Middle Schools | This site has a variety of
information that is very useful for parents. It also has a monthly
publication that highlights current issues and is researched based.
